Our services are designed to be clear, affordable, and flexible. Although Therapies and treatment privately can be expensive, we strive to keep prices as fair as possible offerin 1-2-1 and workshops to ensure accessability.
There are numerous way to pay, including Cash, Card, Pay Pal, Bank Transfer, more to be added at a later date
Professionalism, Reliability and Clear Boundaries
Appointments will be kept unless there is a good reason and is unavoidable, alternative appointments and refunds will be offered where we have had to change an appointment.
You cancelling- we ask that unless there is a emergancy, your treatments are important to. 7 days notice for cancellation, however management will make a final decsion about the refund of fees. 7 days Notice full refund or rebook, shorter notices no charge for rebook. less that 7 days and no rebook 50% of the fee will be retained. Please talk to Jo about any issues.
